About the Event

Built ATL engages guests in two interactive activities that connect Atlanta’s past and present through place and memory. Old World ATL explores the city before highways—highlighting historic rail systems, architectural marvels, and once-vibrant corridors in Atlanta. Pointing Home offers a participatory experience where guests can share their own stories and reflections through a survey, contributing to a growing digital archive that captures what makes Atlanta feel like home.
Board members and architects from the Architecture and Design Center of Atlanta will be available to discuss impactful design issues to spread awareness of how good design shapes our city. Coloring sheets and candy will be available.

One of our famous cardboard costumes might even make an appearance!
