About the Event

Our focus on programming that connects the public with architecture, design, sustainability, and Atlanta has shaped this signature fundraising event. Bring yourself and your family to make a one-of-a-kind lantern with recycled materials and then walk it in the parade afterward!

This kid-friendly workshop teaches you how to make a lantern out of a milk jug increasing awareness around design, sustainability, and art! Join Clementine as she walks you through designing your jug, lighting it, and securing your rod. By the time you finish the workshop, you'll be ready to fly in the Beltline Lantern Parade.


Suitable for ages 3+


4-6pm: Lantern Workshop

8-9pm: Lantern Parade
